What to include
- Bug or problem: tell us the tool name or page link, what you expected, and what happened instead. Adding your device (iPhone, Android, Windows, Mac), browser and the app you pasted into (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) helps us find the cause quickly.
- Tool not working on a platform: social apps change often. Tell us which platform and app version, and what the app shows or rejects. A screenshot helps.
- New tool idea: describe what you want to do, which platform it is for, and roughly how often you would use it.
- Feedback or corrections: if something on a page is unclear or wrong, send the page link and the part we should fix.
- Business or advertising: mention your company, website and what you would like to discuss.
What we cannot help with
TechPostPlus is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or X. We cannot recover accounts, remove bans, restore deleted content or contact those platforms for you. For account problems, please use each platform's own help centre.
Note: We will try our best to reply in time, but in some cases we may not be able to reply or reply in time (for example if we miss your message by mistake, find it to be an invalid contact request, or for other unexpected reasons).
