To watch Shorts videos on PC or Tablet, first go to search and type – “#shorts” {YOUR SEARCH QUERY}. After this press or tap Enter to get Shorts video list related to your search query.
And,
If you want to list all shorts in the listing, then you can open the YouTube “hashtag/shorts” page.
